PHP Tutorial Shows Bidding, Buying With PlaceOffer
A tutorial and sample application are available that show the process of bidding and buying with PlaceOffer. If you'd like to see a sample bidding and buying application, with information about the PlaceOffer Policies and Guidelines, please see the tutorial.
The sample application searches for an item and then, using the listing type of the item, determines whether a PlaceOffer call will specify an action of "purchase" or an action of "bid." The sample application displays information about the item and enables the user to buy the item or bid on it.

New Flex Tutorials for the Flex/Flash Toolkit 2.1
Developers who design with the Flex/Flash Toolkit 2.1 can now take advantage of two new tutorials for use with Adobe's Flex Builder 2 - a basic search tutorial, and a more advanced search tutorial.
The basic-level tutorial takes Flex Builder 2 developers through the steps needed to create a successful search application using the FindItemsAdvanced Shopping web service call.
The more advanced tutorial combines the results of the FindItemsAdvanced and the GetUserProfile Shopping web service calls to create an application that retrieves both item and user data.

These users have international home sites, addresses, and phone numbers. It's a great way to make sure that your app can handle the different requirements that international eBay sites might have. |
