| This features enables eBay Picture Services and Picture Manager in the eBay Sandbox (http://www.sandbox.ebay.com). This will enable eBay Developers to develop and test services by leveraging the eBay Picture Services platform. |

eBay Picture Services enables sellers to add photos into their listings without the need to use FTP programs to add their photos. EPS enables sellers to automatically resize and convert uploaded photos for optimal display within eBay listings. eBay Developers now have the ability to test picture applications in the Sandbox in order to ensure picture support is operating within the eBay production environment. |
