| Solutions Finder offers a diagnostic process to help eBay community members who use the Solutions Directory find the correct solution for their needs. Solutions available in the Solutions Finder will include tools and services from Certified Providers and eBay. |

| The Solutions Finder includes two distinct types of search capabilities that will allow eBay sellers to find solutions to either |

- realize a particular goal or
- find solutions that include a particular feature or set of features.

| The first search capability includes a diagnostic process that allows users to search by the goal they are trying to achieve. This is beneficial to eBay sellers who are experiencing a particular barrier, but who may not know what type of solution will help solve that problem. It will also help new eBay sellers get started. Included are goals such as “Save Time,†“Attract More Customers,†or “Start my eBay Business.†It will then ask a small set of additional questions to further refine a solution and provide a list of solutions that match the user’s needs. |

| Alternatively, users with more knowledge about particular types of solutions and features can search by selecting a general category of solutions. This type of search also generates a list of solutions falling under that specific category. |
